1. 개인정보 처리방침

가게나라(이하 "회사")는 미국 내 한인 가게 매매 정보를 연결해 주는 웹사이트입니다. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래와 같이 수집·이용·보관합니다.

다. 공개되는 정보

매물에 적은 업종, 지역, 가격, 매출 정보, 사진, 설명은 누구나 볼 수 있습니다. 비밀 매물의 가게 이름·주소·서류는 판매자가 승인한 바이어에게만 보입니다. 판매자가 "전화번호 숨기기"를 선택하면 전화번호는 공개되지 않습니다.

라. 제3자 제공·위탁

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체를 사용합니다.

법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 이용자의 동의 없이 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.

마. 보관 기간

회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 다만 결제 기록 등 법으로 보관해야 하는 정보는 정해진 기간 동안 보관합니다.

바. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보를 확인·수정하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. "내 계정"에서 매물을 수정·삭제할 수 있고, 계정 삭제는 아래 데이터 삭제 안내를 따라 요청하세요.

사. 어린이

가게나라는 만 18세 이상을 위한 서비스이며, 18세 미만의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

아. 보안

모든 연결은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 비밀번호는 암호화되어 저장됩니다. 데이터베이스는 본인만 자신의 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 접근 제한을 두고 있습니다.

2. 이용약관

  1. 가게나라는 매물 정보를 연결해 주는 사이트이며, 거래의 당사자가 아닙니다.
  2. 매물 정보(매출, 가격, 리스 조건 등)의 정확성은 정보를 올린 판매자에게 책임이 있습니다. 거래 전 반드시 세금 보고서, 리스 계약서 등을 직접 확인하고 변호사·회계사 등 전문가와 상의하세요.
  3. 거짓 정보, 다른 사람의 가게를 허락 없이 올리는 행위, 사기, 스팸, 불법 매물은 금지되며 사전 통보 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
  4. 계약 전에 선금이나 계약금을 보내지 마세요. 돈은 변호사 신탁 계좌나 에스크로를 통해서만 보내세요.
  5. 유료 상품(프리미엄 매물, 맨 위 고정, 광고 등)은 기간 단위로 결제되며, 자동 갱신은 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 환불 규정은 결제 기능을 열기 전에 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
  6. 브로커 제휴 소개비 등 별도 계약 조건은 해당 계약서를 따릅니다.
  7. 회사는 서비스 중단, 이용자 간 거래로 생긴 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  8. 이 약관은 뉴욕주 법을 따릅니다.

이 약관은 오픈을 위한 기본안이며, 변호사 검토 후 보완될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지에 공지합니다.

3. 회원 데이터 삭제 안내

가게나라 계정과 관련 정보(매물, 메시지, 찜, 소셜 로그인 정보)를 모두 삭제하려면:

  1. 가게나라에 로그인한 뒤 "내 계정"에서 올린 매물을 삭제하세요.
  2. [email protected] 으로 제목 "계정 삭제 요청", 가입한 이메일(또는 로그인에 사용한 구글·페이스북·카카오 계정 이름)을 적어 보내 주세요.
  3. 본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 모든 정보를 삭제하고 이메일로 알려 드립니다.

페이스북으로 로그인한 경우, 페이스북 설정 → 보안 및 로그인 → 앱 및 웹사이트에서 "Gagenara" 연결을 해제할 수도 있습니다. 카카오는 카카오톡 → 설정 → 카카오계정 → 연결된 서비스 관리에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

What we collect. Name, email, optional phone number and password (stored hashed) when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Kakao, we receive the name, email and profile picture those services share. When you post a listing we store the business details, photos/videos, descriptions and contact info you provide. We also store messages, offers and information requests you send through the site, and basic technical logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it. To run your account, show and manage listings, connect buyers and sellers, prevent fraud, protect confidential listings, and answer support requests.

What is public. Listing details you post (type, region, price, financials, photos, description) are public. Confidential store names, addresses and documents are shown only to buyers the seller approves. Phone numbers are hidden if the seller chooses.

Sharing. We do not sell personal data. We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Netlify (hosting), Google/Meta/Kakao (only if you choose social login) and, when payments open, Stripe. We disclose data only if required by law.

Retention and your rights. You can view, edit or delete your listings in "My account" at any time. Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Children. Gagenara is for users 18 and older.

Security. All traffic uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and database access is restricted so users can only reach their own private data.

Terms of Service (English)

Gagenara is a listing platform and is not a party to any transaction. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers should verify tax returns, leases and other documents and consult a lawyer and accountant before any deal. Fraud, false or unauthorized listings and spam are prohibited and may be removed. Never send deposits before a signed contract; use attorney escrow. Paid plans are billed per period and auto-renewal can be turned off anytime; the refund policy will be posted here before payments open. To the extent permitted by law, Gagenara is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your Gagenara account and all related data (listings, messages, saved items, social login data): delete your listings in "My account", then email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email or social account you used to sign in. We will confirm and delete all data within 30 days. Facebook users can also remove "Gagenara" under Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
